I am the dancing queen

I can be very self-conscious in social situations. I'm always aware of how I look and am presenting myself and wondering what others are thinking. That all goes out the window when the music starts. I love to dance, and so does M. That doesn't mean I'm any good -- ironically enough, I'm a bad dancer, but I'm not self-conscious at all when I'm doing it. However, people have come up to me after seeing me dance and complimented me on my lack of inhibition. And I don't think they're being sarcastic -- well, not usually.

M and I are going to a party tonight. As Shannon said, let the music play!
