Michael Jackson: Sued again

When MJ was admitted to the hospital in 2004 with "flu-like symptoms," a lady who had a heart attack was supposedly bumped from her room. Her family is contending that because of the "circus-like atmosphere," a second heart attack went unnoticed, and she died. They are suing the hospital and Jackson himself. (The lawsuit could not go ahead as planned, because of the way it was written -- see this story for more.)

OK, I can see suing the hospital. But Michael didn't ask for the hospital to treat him that way -- or ignore another patient. On this one, I side with Mr. Bizarro.
