Another cynical observation

Disclaimer: I'm not talking about any one situation or person in particular -- just a general life observation.

Why is it people are so inept at passing something around, whether it be handouts, schoolwork, etc.? There's always someone who gets left out, or there aren't enough. It pisses me off. Whenever I see something being passed around, I always keep an eagle eye on it so people don't get left out.
