Talk about chew and screw

This story about the Quincy IHOP making patrons turn in their driver's licenses until they pay the bill as a way of stopping people from doing, as my best friend and I used to call it, that old C-n-S maneuver, made ma laugh. The International House of Pancakes sucks, friends and neighbors. It's not worth the aggravation. If they asked for my license, I would tell them where to stick it.
