Girlfriends!

I had lunch today with two friends from my old job. It was really fun to catch up. I never get up to Nashua anymore since I stopped working there, so I of course had to hit the tax-free shopping hard. I went here and picked up some odds and ends, much to M's chagrin. Too f'ing bad.

So we got some BK coupons in the mail yesterday, and M decided to try their new breakfast sandwich: The Meatnormous. It's two layers of scrambled eggs with sausage and bacon in the middle, all covered with cheese on a bun. According to the BK Web site, it's 740 calories and 46 grams of fat. Gross. He got it without the cheese and frigging devoured it. I could hear his ahteries hahdening as he ate.

Still no word from the mentee. I wonder what's up.
