Overpriced home market, or just feels that way?

Just saw this article on overpriced home markets. Biiiig surprise -- Boston's on the list.

In the meantime, M told me the other day that Essex County is the most overpriced county in the COUNTRY. Half my family lives there -- it doesn't surprise me. So not worth it.
