A lasagna virgin no more
I love lasagna, but I'd never made it myself. That is, until today, when I used my Weight Watchers leader's recipe and made a lowfat grilled eggplant lasagna. I'm going to take pieces of it for lunch all week, since it's about 6-8 points a slice. I also made the WW recipe for basic tomato sauce (1 point per cup). I'm trying to set myself up for success this time so I have healthy food around and don't necessarily reach for the sweets.
