It's the quiet ones...

Reading about the Virginia Tech massacre. The shooter was the prototypical quiet guy no one really knew. When are people going to figure out that just because someone isn't a raging extrovert, there's still something going on behind their eyes? I feel for the 33 families deprived of their loved ones.
