(it's 8:30 this morning)

M: Hon, I got up nice and early so I can cut the grass.

C: Umm, I don't think that's a very good idea.

M: Why not?

C: Do you hear anyone else cutting the grass?

M: No.

C: Why not?

M (squinches up face as he looks away and the music swells): Because they're sleeping?

C: Riiiight.

M (thinks for a minute): Ah, well, maybe I'll start by (bitey the dog's owners') house.
