My Memorial Day weekend marathon comes to a close
This weekend, between the two of us, M and I:
- Put up our pool
- Cleaned the house top to bottom
- Did all the laundry
- Cut the front and back grass and edged around the rock garden
- Went to Wal-Mart, Target, Ocean State Job Lot, Home Depot and Linens 'N Things to get stuff for the house and yard
- Caulked the bathtub
- Cleaned the garage
- Planted marigolds and verbena in the front yard
- Began spreading mulch
- Fertilized the plants
- Finished cleaning up the bulk of the leaves
- Swept the driveway
- Pulled weeds
- Sprayed Round-Up on all poison ivy bits
- Put up all air conditioners (it was HOT, yo)
- Began planning our Fourth of July weekend trip.
