He's baaaack

So I got a call this afternoon from my MIL. M is back in the hospital. Yes, you heard me correctly. Apparently, he went to his rheumatologist appointment and the doc noticed one of his legs is bigger than the other. She did an ultrasound, and he has a large clot in his upper leg. So they are starting him on blood thinners and will keep him for three to five days. I just about fell over when I heard that news. He's pissed he's in the hospital (25 more cents in the swear jar), although I'm glad he's there. Sigh. They are also going to run some more tests. I'll keep you posted.
