Survey reveals Virginia has the highest number of vanity plates, Texas has the fewest. Cow Hampshire (sorry, Bunny the Foo) is up there, too. Massachusetts is in the middle.

I always wanted a plate that said CMOON, but I never wanted to pay the fees. According to this site, it's available. Eh, I already pay extra for the whale's tail plates.
