Maternity leave is over

And I'm back at work three days a week. Had to drop my precious Boo off at daycare this morning. It was rough. I didn't cry, but I've felt like I have to all day.

And this comes after I had my first major Stupid Mom Moment yesterday. I was cutting his fingernails after his bath and got a chunk of finger instead. As you know, fingers bleed like crazy, and I couldn't get it to stop. So I threw him in the car and drove like a maniac to the emergency room, where I waited two hours (I know, not bad) for them to clean it and put a Band-Aid on -- which I could have done at home. Oh well. Time to get the nail scissors and pick up a baby styptic pencil.
