OK, now I'm embarrassed

I had a meeting with my boss today and completely melted down in front of her about the M situation. Sobbing, crying, couldn't catch my breath. She was so cool about it and told me I had no reason to feel ashamed. But I do. I feel like I can't even look her in the eye now. She told me I'm doing a great job despite my personal situation. That helps, but I'm still horrified.
