Getting ready to take my mom to brunch tomorrow at a nice hotel. They do a really good job. We do this every year. I haven't seen my family in a long, long time. I miss them.

Today, I'm taking it easy. I need a day of R&R. I need to take more time for me to relax and rejuvenate. I have an anxious personality, and I need it maybe more than the average person. So I will take more time to exercise, to do my relaxation tapes, to see friends. I tend to work, work, work myself into a tizzy. There's got to be balance. And an occasional visit back down to Earth.
